Giles Henry Rupert Tillotson (ur. 1960) jest pisarzem i wykładowcą historii i architektury Indii .

Kariera

Wcześniej był wykładowcą historii sztuki oraz katedrą sztuki i archeologii w School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) na Uniwersytecie Londyńskim . Jest także członkiem i byłym dyrektorem Royal Asiatic Society w Londynie .

Obecnie mieszka w Indiach i jest dyrektorem konsultantem w Muzeum Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II, City Palace, Jaipur .

Jego książki naukowe to The Rajput Palaces (1987), The Tradition of Indian Architecture (1989), The Artificial Empire (2000) i Building Jaipur (2002, współautorstwo z Vibhuti Sachdev).
