Mitchell Joachim (wymawiane / jo-ak-um /; ur. 3 lutego 1972) jest architektem i urbanistą. Jest współzałożycielem Terreform ONE i profesorem nadzwyczajnym na Uniwersytecie Nowojorskim. Uznanie
Mitchell otrzymał stypendium Fulbrighta, nagrodę Fundacji LafargeHolcim, nagrodę ARCHITECT R + D Award, Senior Fellowship na TED 2011, Moshe Safdie and Assoc. Fellowship i Martin Society for Sustainability Fellowship na MIT . Zdobył Zumtobel Group Award, History Channel i Infiniti Design Excellence Award dla Miasta Przyszłości oraz Time Magazine Best Invention of the Year 2007, MIT Car w / MIT Smart Cities. Jego projekt, Fab Tree Hab , był wystawiany w MoMA i szeroko publikowany.
